I would like the 64 bit version of Silverlight plugin to load for my LOB application so that it has sufficient memory resources. I have "Enable Enhanced Protection Mode" checked and "Enable Protection Mode" checked on each of the zones. The OS is Win 7 64 bit professional but the process running shows iexpore.exe *32. Windows and Silverlight are up to date (Silverlight is the 64 bit version).
Not only do I want it to run 64 bit Silverlight on this one machine, but if possible any machine that accesses the intranet site. Is it possible to specify the 64 bit version in Silverlight.js? There are going to be some computers that will have to run the 32 bit version as some computers at our company are Windows XP boxes, but most are Windows 7 64 bit.
On IE 9 we changed the desktop shortcut to run the 64 bit version and on IE 10 we used the above settings for Protection Mode, but on IE 11 I am stumped.
