IE11 problems on Win7 sp1 Home Prem on a 2 yr old HP laptop at least....
Vertical scroll does work, but not properly.
The Active area on screen to grab the scroll bar is about 15 mm beside the actual scroll bar, almost outside my 15 inch wide screen. Really annoying! Anyone with same probl ??
Can I get my IE9 back? Im fed up using Arrow keys do scroll down web pages....
Edit: There is a black area at the right side of the scroll bar where i can grab the scroll bar (10-15 mm from the vertical scroll). Is MS using Apple's old maps to navigate around the screen?
Edit 2: Seems to me IE11 has a resizing problem here. I upgraded from IE9 to IE11, and that was in my opinion way to early to get a usable browser.
