Web application is consuming Microsoft HTC Controls(Treeview.htc,TabStrip.htc,Multipage.htc) but not rendering controls now in IE 10

While running our application on IE 10 ,IE10  does not render  Menu and Tab Items now. One way is that to run the application in compatiblity mode which does not solve our purpose.

What is the best way to resolve this situation. Which other controls can be replaced with these.
