How to add a language not present in Internet Explorer?

I need to add ITALIAN [it] as Language in IE, but it is available onlyITALIAN (ITALY) [it-IT].

How do I add a Language not available?

I've already posted a question in Microsoft Community Forum, but they told me to write here.
