IE 8/9 Crashes website after windows update

So I have a website that works well on a clean install of Windows 7 Enterprise Japanese version (32 and 64 bit).

After installing all the windows update (roughly 100+) everytime i access that page IE keeps on crashing. (http://support.aveva.com)

Never installed any add-ons ( though i did try running IE without add ons mode) and still crashes.

I suspect a windows update might had cause this, so how do i fix this? (Perhaps a guide into producing a dump would be useful).

This issue does not affect other Windows 7 OS other then the japanese language version.
