IE10 Bug / Windows 8 and capturing Mouse Coordinates with Frames

I'm testing on Windows 8 with IE 10 (version 10.0.9200.16599)

So, I have an web application that contains an Asp:Image on a web page. When that page loads, in Javascript, we capture the MOUSEMOVE and DBCLICK events. On the MouseMove, the EventArgument (e).X and e.Y appear to have invalid coordinates. The upper Left should be 0,0, but it starts out at -230 and -140 respectively.

I've seen a similar forum where the original version had a bug and some microsoft updates addressed the issue, but it hasn't seemed to address the issue in my scenario.

If the webpage is loaded by itself, then the behavior seems to work just fine.

But, that page is loaded in an IFRAME and made part of a larger page. The events on the "IFRAME Page" seem to function just fine, however, when capturing the X and Y coordinates of the MOUSE MOVE event, they appear to be incorrect.
