IE9 Opacity not working

Hi there,

Opacity does not seem to work in IE9 for me and my users. Although it does work fine in IE8.

I am using the following code:

 -ms-filter: "progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.Alpha(Opacity=50)";

Any help would be appreciated.
