Mapping IP address to a custom hostname in IIS

Hi,

I developed a website in Visual Studio and deployed it on localhost. Users have to use an IP address to view my website on their PCs. Is there any way I can map a custom host name to that IP address so that the user's can access it using the hostname rather that the IP address.

Any help will be appreciated.
