On uploading file, Internet Explorer become unresponsive/hang

Hi,

We are facing one issue after Microsoft Security update KB2962872 on Windows 7 with IE10 and 11.

Issue:

On uploading file by submitting form using Jquery Form plugin, the IE become unresponsive/hang. We have to end IE process from task manager.

Research:

After searching we came to know that this issue is due to Microsoft Security update KB2962872.
We referred Article link "support.microsoft.com/kb/2962872/en-us" and found that Issue 3 is same as our problem.
This issue get resolved after uninstalling this security update.

We can not ask all clients to uninstall this update, please share the work around for this issue ASAP.
