We've seen the issues reported here, as well as Enterprise Mode not being enabled after initial install and a problem with reading certain group policies related to Internet Explorer. I have not seen these latter issues here.
The point of this question is not to register new issues, however. We found that installing the Full KB3008923 resolved these issues. We have not tested against the DOM Explorer issue, for example.
Specifics:
When Internet Explorer 11 installs it downloads the latest bits from the internet. This states in the About box that KB3008923 is installed and the IE version is 11.0.15. Enterprise Mode is broken. Our installation process enables it and this has worked for months. We were surprised to find that the patch is not in Programs and Features and shows not installed by the Windows Update Agent. Installing the full patch fixed the EM and gpedit.msc error.
