Windows 8 using IE 11 not displaying Web pages

Certain Web Pages will not display correctly in IE. When I go to the page I see weird code that makes no since. This only happens on certain pages. Others are able to bring up the pages and view the content so I think there is something wrong with my Internet Explorer. This is what I see it looks like html of Java. I am not the only one I have a friend that has the same problem bringing up this page.
