Problematic component: VB6.0 active X user control's text box with Mouse Pointernot explicitly set to I-beam.
Problem: When this user control is hosted in a web page then the mouse pointer, when hovered over that text box, flickers between I-Beam and the white arrow. This goes away if you explicitly set the pointer to I-beam for that text box.
I've tested this in Win7, IE10 compatibility mode.
For some reason user control doesn't host or appears as blank in IE11. I'd be glad if you can answer that as well but that's not the priority here.
