Upgraded to IE 11 now Active X not working

Hello,

I recently upgraded from IE8 to IE 11 and now Active X does not seem to be working. I've gone to a test site http://www.pcpitstop.com/testax.asp

The results were "Active X not supported". I'm not seeing anything in my security settings that would preclude Active X from working.

Note when I look under Manage Add Ons I see my expected Active X Control listed and Enabled. However there are some values listed under "Blocked"

This is a Window 7 64bit system.
