URL with Forward slash does not load the page

Hi,

I have a URL

www.somestuff.com/test/html/

These url does not load the index.html page.

But if i put

www.somestuff.com/test/html

These url not load the index.html page.

Both the URL are working on one UAT server while other UAT server it does not work.

IE - 8.0

IIS - 7.5

A quick help is required.
