I recently swapped out my 250 GB hard drive for a 1TB hard drive. I was able to clone the 250GB drive, using an Appricorn EZ- Upgrade kit, prior to swapping it out. Once the drives were swapped my laptop booting as it normally would and contained all of the data and files on the new 1TB drive which were on the old 250GB drive. However, when I attempt to launch IE 10 I receive the following error:

I purchased WiseFixer V4.0 but it did not resolve the issue.
