context.private.OffsetX/OffsetY in IE11 returning Different Values than former IE browsers

Hi,

The values of Javascript calls to context.private.OffsetX and context.private.OffsetY in IE11.0.9600xxx  are returning values different than IE9, IE10, and Chrome. Is this a known issue in IE11 or is there any workaround to resolve it?
