The Enable Protected mode option is disabled in Internet Explorer 11

In Internet Explorer 11,Enable protected mode check box is disable that there is no option for Disabling or Enabling i.e. need to disable that option ,but the check box is already checked and that check box option is disabled. How can i get that option enabled.I have reset the internet Explorer Setting also that didn't work.Below is the screen shot
