As far as we can tell the HLS video playback on the Xbox One doesn't support seeking within the HLS video window. We require seeking support in order to support future application development.
We have a test application that we can share to illustrate this. We'd be grateful for a call to discuss how we get our test application to you and and how we get this resolved.
