CSS Hover issue with IE10 and IE11

Hello everyone,

I have an issue regarding the CSS :hover event. My page is loading as expected at first, hover event is working just fine.

The hover event is for a table cell (header), and when I hover, I show an arrow in the bottom right corner and change the background color. This is working as expected.

I have an AJAX call to replace certain elements on the webpage, and with the HTML, there comes additional CSS as well.

After the AJAX call, the hover event is somewhat broken. It only detects when I hover on the bottom right corner of the cell (where the mentioned arrow will be), not anywhere else.

If I bypass the AJAX call, and just load a whole page instead, the hover event is working correctly.

This is only happening with IE10 and IE11 (IE8, 9, Chrome, FF, Safari is working as expected).

Does anyone has any clue why this is happening? Unfortunatelly, I am not able to share the code or an example.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks and kind regards,

Balazs
