IE 11 is not focusing inside Document

Hi,

Say I have HTML5 Video , now I clicked on full screen when I used the TAB key  DOM elements are not focused as per the tab-index where tabs switch between TABBED WINDOWS in IE11 and it will not focus inside Document.
