ie goes to background , how to avoid it

Hi Team,

ie goes to background when one alert comes while rendering web page.

Step 1 - open notepad file , write anything into it, keep it open

step 2 - open ie, delete all data from ie  (like history,cookies,password,formdata,cache everything)

step 3 - open url  "http://www.bell.ca/Home_phone"  and wait till it completes it loading event (wait till 10 - 15 seconds)

after doing this much you will observe that ie goes to background , and notepad file comes in front automatically.

Please help to resolve this issue.
