For our application I used a drag & drop fileuploader. So a user can drop a image from his desktop to upload it via my website.
I tested Microsoft Edge on Windows 10 latest build 10240. As I can see there is a "stop" sign saying I can't drop a image or file into the browser. With IE11 everything works as expected.
Is there a possibility to deactivate the sandbox mode? Or is there any other possibility to bubble a drop event in the browser?
Other ressources I tested are imgur.com and pasteboard.co. They both are not working in Microsoft Edge. Can you confirm that when Microsoft official releases Win10, Microsoft Edge will have the possibility to have the possibility to drop images or files into it?
