Proxy Automatic Configuration not load SVG Document

Hi:

I have the next problem.

I configured a Proxy Automatic Configuration, but when I active the SVG document don´t load in the browser.

When i uncheck option Proxy Automatic Configuration, the URL view ok.

What happend?

I test in other browser and work fine, but in Internet Explorer 10 the SVG files not load.
