Microsoft Edge does not show localhost favicon or msapplication-config

When running a service that uses a web-UI on localhost/127.0.01 (such as SABnzbd, CouchPotato, NZBGet, etc) the Edge browser does not show the Favicon of the service.

Nor does it seem to care about the msapplication-config file if it's defined by the service (I develop for SABnzbd). All Favicon's on the web seem to work fine.

Does not matter if I use localhost/127.0.01/local-IP.
