Blink/change color of IE tab

Hi,

I would like to make my IE tab blink/change color when i receive any message in my application and im on some other tab.

I know we can make the tab blink by changing the title but im not able to find a way to make the tab color change.

I have already looked at FLASH_WINDOW API but not sure how i can use this from javascript.
