modal window created using showmodaldialog flickers in IE10, where the same worked fine in IE8

Hi,

We are facing an issue with our web application which runs on IE10. We display a modal window using showmodaldialog that displays a frameset consisting of 3 frames. This modal window can be displayed from 2 places in our application, 

1. through HTML, where when we click on a hyperlink, it displays this modal window using showmodaldialog

2. through Applet, where we select a file menu option, to display this modal window using showmodaldialog

In both the cases it makes the same call to showmodaldialog, but only in the first case where we display the modal window through HTML, the modal window itself flickers 3 - 4 times. This issue occurs in Internet Explorer 10 & 11.

The same works fine in Internet Explorer 8 and previous versions.

Any inputs/suggestions on the same is highly appreciated.
