Microsoft Edge - start microsoft-edge with a local file from cmdline.

Hello,

I'm sorry if it might sound as a newbie questions, but I've looked mostly everywhere, been bounced here from Answer.Microsoft and cannot find the answer:

Starting Edge via the cmdline (microsoft-edge:https://microsoft.com) works perfectly fine. It opens the browser at the correct page.

Likewise; if you try to open a local file via inputting the path inside of edge itself, it works as well :

file:///C:/index.html

However, attempting to open Microsoft-edge with the parameter as the local file just open the default page on my PC and several others, whilst my coworker computer seems to do it properly.

Am I missing something in the syntax, is it working as intended, or is that a bug?
