Redirectly URL from one server to another server

Hi,

We have developed a web application in X server. As the X server is getting re-imaged, we have moved the web application to anotherY server for backup purpose. Now the users need to be redirected to the URL of the newY server when the users open the X server URL. The Xserver will be re-imaged hence it wont be available for use.
