I've followed all the advice on how to turn off debugging in IE without any success.
My company switched to Websense a while back for web proxy and unfortunately this does not allow me to use Fiddler any more for network traces. I support a web based application that being able to see which call is failing is a very useful troubleshooting tool. Our "work around" is to use the Network trace tab in the F12 developer tools. Problem is any time I activate F12 in IE 11 on my local machine it automatically starts debugging the site. The effectively breaks the web page as the extra proxy layer causes permission issues. I am able to trigger F12 on the web servers and they do not start debugging automatically. Any help is much appreciated.
I've ensured debugging is disabled in internet options and have even update the reg settings that have been recommended on other posts.
