how to avoid message 'The browser version you’re using appears to be out of date'

Hi Team,

I am browsing this url Bell Link in Internet Explorer 10.0 , but i am not able to find out that why it is giving attached error, It is displaying that "The browser version you’re using appears to be out of date"

Please help me to resolve
