I use "IE11 F12 Dev Tool" to change Document Mode to IE9. pls see below screenshot.

I have to manually toggle F12 again (everytime) for the page to render correctly.
The temporarily solution is to toggle manually but this is not viable solution in the long run. Please advise how to avoid keep on pressing F12 Key every time open the webpage to display correctly.
