Different behavior in IS and CO version of IE-11

HI,

I have a simple web application hosted on tomcat server. For the login page, when we enter the details and press the submit button the login happens successfully in the CO version of IE-11 and the same fails in IS version of IE-11.

Can you tell me what is the difference between these 2 versions? What changes do I have to do to make it working in IE-11 IS version as well?
