Develop a Internet Explorer browser extension with using emoji and javascript

Hi Team,

I want to develop a internet explorer browser extension where i will click on to the extension that will open open small emoji window. after clicking onto to any emoji, feedback form will be opened with Ok button.

Can anyone help me? I have tried the Google where I get COM object and BHO solutions which is much higher from my understanding. Is there any running example where I can debug and develop my own.
