Will Expression Web 4 which has been working in Windows 7 Professional continue to function after an upgrade to Windows 10 Professional?

Dear Microsoft TechNet support,

I am using a computer running Windows 7 Professional 64 bit Service pack one with 16 GB of RAM, an Intel Core i7-2630QM CPU @ 2.00 GHz and have plenty of available hard drive space. My computer appears to meet all the Hardware/processor requirements for a Windows 10 Professional upgrade as well as meeting the system requirements for installation. I would like to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro before January 14th 2020. However, I need to have continued full functionality of the application Expression Web 4 in Microsoft Expression Studio 4 Web Professional for design, development and publishing of my website lanedeparturewarning.org. I am fully aware that Expression Studio is not supported by Microsoft and hasn’t been for quite some time. I am still trying to find out if Windows 10 professional will fully run Expression Web 4.0.1303.0? I have seen some Microsoft support which leads me to believe that Expression Web might run fine in Windows 10 Pro but others which lead me to believe there might be serious problems. My website’ server was recently upgraded to running on Windows 2012 - IIS 8.0. I have the necessary Microsoft .NET framework installed and have been getting all required Windows 7 updates related to .NET and Windows Server. I have and continue to IIS on my local machine for communications with the remote server. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, if there is a comparable development environment without a lot of the complexities of Microsoft Visual Studio that someone is aware of, I would like to hear about that or possibly get a link with more information. The reason I am posting is that today (8/6/2019) I spent about 45 minutes on the Microsoft support page trying to get chats, call backs, and calls scheduled, pretty much unsuccessfully. When I finally did get on the phone with Microsoft support, after speaking with three different persons, they finally suggested I post here or file a commercial ticket.

Can someone let me know if I will be able to continue with design, development and publishing my website using Expression Web 4 after I upgrade my computer to Windows 10 Pro?

Thanks for the previous help and your attention to this current question,

Best Regards,

Chris Warner and lanedeparturewarning.org
