How can I fetch a web site in VBA without using IE? I now use IE & MSXML... to do fetches.

Chase Bank is warning that the use of IE will soon be disallowed at their web site which I scrape daily for my account balances. What reasonable solutions are there for me? I am fairly experienced in VBA.
