Edit access to the "Temporary Internet Files" folder

Hi All, I've managed to extract a copy of a file from the temporary folder and modified its contents, I now want to reinsert the file and have completely failed.

I can understand that this folder will have some unusable properties since it must link the file with a domain reference but it should be possible.

Any assistance would be welcomed.
