Not able to show the part in IE 9 & 10

Hi,
Using Firefox, I can show this part of the page

<TABLE border="0" cellpadding="5" cellspacing="1" class="LongTermDescTable PrintOnly"><TR><TD align="left" class="LongTermDescCellLeft" > Line Name: </td><TD align="left" class="LongTermDescCellRight" >ABC </td></TR><TR><TD align="left" class="LongTermDescCellLeft">Number:</td><TD align="left" class="LongTermDescCellRight"> 37/2013 </td></TR><TR><TD align="left" class="LongTermDescCellLeft">Last Update:</td><TD align="left" class="LongTermDescCellRight">   09/09/13 </td></TR></TABLE>
...

while within IE 9 and 10, this part is hidden inside the page. why? How to avoid this?
