ie10 tooltips - how to get rid of the URL?

I am building up a web application using HTML5 and JavaScript. Windows 8 / IE10(Metro/modern version) has a functionality, where it displays where a link is going to, if the user holds finger on it for longer period, or when you hover over a link. I can add in what I want by adding a title="something" into an element. When I place a title tag into a element, it shows the url where the link will go to. In my case, as this is a web app, it all happens on the same server, or my local server - so it displays always the server name.

Is there a CSS or any way to get rid of the URL on these titles/tooltips? I would like to keep the title functionality, as it is a good usability feature, but would not want to show the server name, as it may be confusing for the users.
