Hi all,
Our company's websites aren't compatible with the latest IE 10 and 11 yet. We have a big number of customer base to login to our site and our Hosted applications. The only way is to have few of our sites to be in Trusted Sites as well as view
in compatibility view settings window.
since it has to be done on a customer end and we can't go to each customer so need to write a KB.
For the customers who don't want to do the steps, we also would like to have a batch file where user runs it and it should do it for them.
Need help with this. Can anyone help?
Basically, the commands would add few sites to:
1) Tools > Internet Options > Security > Trusted Sites > Add websites there (both HTTP and HTTPS)
2) Alt > Tools > Compatibility View Settings > add same sites to that list.
Commands that will work for both IE 10 and 11 as users will be on Windows 7, 8 and 8.1
