Using Win 7 ultimate. I was debugging in Visual Studio 2013. I pressed some wrong key combination, and now IE 11 quite working. The IE11 Tools menu only display File, Safety and Compatibility settings, all else grayed out. I can't go to any web page. I enter an address on the address bar, press enter and nothing happens. No favorites work. It takes a long time (up to a minute) to launch IE11. Even from a fresh boot up, IE 11 still doesn't work.
If I login to this computer with a different user, then IE 11 works ok for that user. If I uninstall IE11, IE10 works fine. Then I reinstall IE11 and IE11 still doesn't work. Some registry setting must be set for IE 11 causing the problem that I can't fix. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
