IE 11 Issue

I have designed few pages of a website. Facing some issues in IE11.

Some elements are not rendered properly on page in IE 11. When I hover over the missing or false designed elements, then only they are displayed properly.
Not only with check boxes, sometimes, labels' background color is also rendered wrong. 

I am using HTML5, asp.net, boostrap 3.0, CSS 3

Observed a similar behavior on other websites too, sometimes on Yammer itself. Hovering over makes it look correct.
