I am trying to browse govt tenders site - www.eprocurement.gov.in. I that page when I click on submit, a new page is opened and a messge "Please use IE5.5 or above".
My IE version is 11. I tried by checking any missing updates, but no luck. Just to browse I need to go to Internet cafes.
Please suggest
