I have a VB6 app using the web browser control. On 32 bit Win7/8 machines that have upgraded to IE11 Flash content (eg BBC iplayer) no longer works. Users get a screen telling them to install flash player. I have tried setting FEATURE_BROWSER_EMULATION to both 8000 and 11000, but neither setting works. I have also tried stand alone installation of Flash.
Downgrading to IE 10 fixes the problem, but creates issues for customer support. The problem does not seem to affect 64 bit platforms.
Any suggestions?
