InPrivate browsing web logins coming through to regular internet explorer

Recently while using InPrivate browsing (metro interface) to check a Hotmail (oulook.com) email account I noticed it had logged me into a Hotmail account accessed only while in InPrivate browsing mode.  I then checked a yahoo mail account and noticed the same thing.  Obviously a bit perturbed I signed out of each program to continue some tests.  Here are my results:

  1. I completely reset my internet settings and deleted all browsing history and any related information (ie passwords) from internet explorer.
  2. I then launched IE in Metro and shifted to InPrivate browsing.  I logged into a yahoo account and then proceeded to close the browsing tab and IE all together.
  3. I relaunched IE in metro and went to yahoo mail and discovered that it already noticed me as completely logged in and brought up my email account.
  4. I then proceeded with step 1 and also uninstalled IE using the Windows 8.1 feature of turning IE off.  From there I turned IE back on and reinstalled.
  5. I was then able to again duplicate step 2 and step 3 with the same results.

It seems that regardless of being in InPrivate browsing mode IE is remembering my login credentials at websites,

I aslo encountered an issue where deleting all of my IE history (including passwords) and then going back into the metro IE interface and going to the yahoo website still brought me to my yahoo account after accessing it only through InPrivate browsing.

Any help would be great!
