This is a bug report for internet explorer:
Happens in: IE10 (10.0.9200.16576) and IE9 (9.0.8112.16421)
How to reproduce:
* Open this page: http://jsfiddle.net/EgbvN/1/
* Hide the status bar
* Just hover your mouse over the left ie logo in either IE9 or IE10. Notice how the corresponding IE process goes to 100% CPU and memory consumption rises continuously. the url info hover does flicker.
* When you hover your mouse over the right ie logo in IE10 (Win7 64-bit), the bug doesn't show and the browser behaves normally. A test on IE9 was negative - still showing the bug.
I hope that this bug will be fixed soon - regarding the immense and fast-growing memory leak that is involved.
