AutoCompleteSaveForm is not working

Hi,

I looked at microsoft article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/329156/en-us

I am trying to resolve my bug with the sample code but it is not working in any browsers including IE11.

I also checked the sample page which itself is giving error that AutoCompleteSaveForm is not a function.
