Have to reload te page twice

Hi all,

When I want to browse to a site such as Bing or Google I Always have to reloadthe page.
The first time I load a site it says destination unreachable, when I then reload the page it works fine.

I already reset IE, removed it from features and added it again, I played around with some settings but can't find a fix.

Does anyone else has this problem?

It is annoying, if I use Google Chrome every thing works fine but company policy prefers IE.
