Can I use Microsoft Browser User Agents

Hi All,

I am planning to write a simple browser base application in Android and iOS as part of application features I would like to provide all major types of browser user agents so end user selects one of the user agent, automatically my browser settings will be overwrite. 

Example: Firefox browser add on User Agent Switcher 

Is it legal to use Microsoft Internet Explorer User Agent in Android and iOS webview ?
