IE11 is not working with postback (asp.net Web Form applicaiton)

Hi Guys,

It is similar issue as IE10.  

The solution below is only for IE10.

Is anyone know how to fix it?

Moreover, my web server is window 2003, it is impossible to install .NET Framework 4.5.
