connect.microsoft.com/IE Feedback does not work.

I can't submit feedback to the IE team.

The form
https://connect.microsoft.com/IE/feedback/CreateFeedbackForm.aspx?FeedbackFormConfigurationID=5534&FeedbackType=1
gives (tried dozens of times) the error: "Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManager.TimeoutException".

I used the link http://connect.microsoft.com/IE , logged in and then clicked "submit feedback".

Both Firefox V24 and IE V9 failed.

PS: I wanted to report an error in IE 10, but seems that MS is not interested in such feedback :-)
